Redevelopment Update

Norwood Place will be undergoing various upgrades commencing from Monday 21st October.

• Façade painting to the entire building with a new updated colour
• Refreshment of the toilet/service corridor including; new toilet signage, lighting, updated wall colours and decorative wall panels
• Updated fire equipment cupboards
• New mall furniture with an updated colour palette and updated seating zones, including new eating areas, mall plants and bins
• Updated taps and handryers in both the male and female bathrooms
• New signage at both the Webbe Street and Parade Entrances including Norwood Place and directional signage
• Parkade Place – new weather proofing, lower canopy over walkways, lighting, painting, feature wall and pavers
• New outdoor furniture to Parkade Place
• Two new lifts

Works will be undertaken overnight from 9:30pm – 6:30am, with little to no disruptions to trade.
